Privacy Policy

  1. Track Lease Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter: "Track Lease ") treats with respect the privacy of the users of its application and its website operating at the web address www.track.lease and at any other address in accordance with its sole discretion (the website and the application together and separately hereinafter: the "Application").
  2. These terms will teach you what the privacy policy used in the application is. They review, among other things, the way in which Track Lease uses the information you give it and the information that will be collected about you when you use the application.     14. Providing information to third parties
  14. Track Lease will not transfer to third parties the personal information you provided, and the details collected about your activity, except in the following cases –

    19. Data Security
  19. Track Lease attaches the utmost importance to the security of the information in its systems. In order to save the information, it operates systems, applications and procedures for the security of the information, designed to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss or unauthorized access to the information.
  20. However, there is no certainty that these applications absolutely guarantee that personal information will not be disclosed or stolen from the databases. Therefore, Track Lease does not undertake, and cannot reasonably expect, that the services and information systems used by it will be immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them. By actually using the application and its services, you are aware of and agree to these limitations.

    21. Right to review information
  21. According to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every person has the right to review by himself, or by his authorized representative in writing or by a guardian, the information about him that is held in a database. A person who reviewed the information and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or out of date, may contact the owner of the database with a request to correct the information or delete it. If the owner of the database refused, he must notify the applicant in the manner established in the regulations under the Privacy Protection Law. The refusal of the owner of the database to allow inspection or his refusal to correct or delete information, may be appealed by the requester in the manner set forth in the regulations.
  22. Please note that deleting information may prevent you to receive services from the application and result in the cancellation of your application registration. Information needed by Track Lease - including but not limited to documentation of actions you performed in the application - will continue to be kept by Track Lease according to law but will no longer be used for contacting you. If within 30 days you do not receive a notification that the information that Track Lease was asked to delete has indeed been deleted according to this section, you will be entitled to apply to a court in the manner stipulated in the regulations under the Privacy Protection Law, in order-to-order Track Lease to act as stated.

    23. Changes to the privacy policy
  23. Track Lease may change the terms of the privacy policy from time to time. If substantial changes are made to the policy, a notice will be published on the home page of the application. If other non-substantial changes are made to the policy, a notice will be published on the home page of the Track Lease website. Continued use of the application after the policy change indicates your agreement to the amended policy. If you do not agree with the updated wording of the policy, you must cease further use of the application.
